Special Notice and Cancellation Terms for Hotel Reservations

June is a very busy time in Dublin, and most hotels nearby the convention centre are already sold out! There are reserved room blocks for Metabolomics attendees at special discounted rates, but they will not be available for long. If you wait until April or May to make your hotel reservation, it is likely that the special rate room blocks will be full.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation prior to April 30, 2016: no charge
• Cancellation between May 1 – 31, 2016: 50% charge
• Cancellation on or after June 1, 2016: no refund
